The main question is:\n\nDoes the use of a digital engagement platform improve person-centred care for older adults living in long-term care facilities? The study includes formal caregivers (such as nursing staff) and informal caregivers (such as volunteers, family members, and civilian service participants) who provide care and support to older adults in long-term care facilities.\n\nOne group of participants will use the digital engagement platform as part of their daily care activities. A comparison group will continue with usual care without access to the platform. Participants will take part in the study for 12 weeks and complete questionnaires at several time points. In addition, platform usage data will be collected.\n\nIn addition to person-centred care, the study will examine:\n\n* Whether the platform improves caregivers' cultural competence.\n* Whether the platform supports the collection and documentation of residents' life history information.\n* How often and how long the platform is used by caregivers.\n* Caregivers' experiences with and satisfaction with the platform. The findings may help improve digital tools that support caregivers and enhance the quality of care for older adults in long-term care settings.",[28,29,30,31,32],"Engagement","Nursing Care","Digital Application","Caregiver","Nursing Homes Residents",[34,35,36,37],"caregivers","long-term care","person-centered care","digital activity platform","RECRUITING","2026-08-18",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-08-21","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":22},"2026-09",{"date":46,"type":22},"2027-04",{"name":48,"class":49},"University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions Upper Austria","OTHER",6,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":56,"acronym":57,"eligibilityCriteria":58,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":18,"minAge":19,"maxAge":59,"enrollmentInfo":60,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":62,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":38,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":66,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":67,"startDateStruct":69,"completionDateStruct":71,"leadSponsor":73,"locationsCount":74},"100608155","effect-of-dynamic-sitting-on-pain-development---part-2-100608155","NCT07197879","Effect of Dynamic Sitting on Pain Development - Part 2","Effect of Dynamic Sitting on Pain Development - Part 2 - a Randomized Controlled Cross-over Study","DynSit-Pain 2","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Signed Informed consent\n* People aged between 18 and 65 years\n* People classified as pain developers (e.g.: a 10 mm increase in pain on a 100 mm paper-based VAS)\n* Office workers\n* Employment status: \\> 25 h \u002F week\n* Sufficient knowledge of German (min.
