The program covers seven topics: communication and emotional regulation, healthy expressions of masculinity, sexual and reproductive health, healthy relationships, mental and physical health, substance use prevention, and environmental health.\n\nBefore testing whether the program works, the research team needs to learn whether students, teachers, parents, school staff, and community members find it acceptable, appropriate, and practical to deliver at Toledo Community College. This study (Phase I) does not deliver the program to anyone. Instead, it gathers feedback through surveys, focus groups, and interviews with about 280 participants across these five groups.\n\nThe information collected will be used to refine the program and decide whether to move forward to a future pilot study. This research aims to examine the effects of an art-based nursing intervention program in order to help adolescents born into the digital world gain healthy digital habits. The art-based nursing intervention program that helps gain healthy digital habits aims to increase adolescents' expressive expression skills, develop their skills in coping with challenging situations in the digital environment and strengthen their self-efficacy levels through creative art activities. The research is a randomized controlled trial designed as an experimental type, pre-test-post-test design. The research will be carried out in Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Secondary School in Karatay district of Konya province. The sample group was determined as a total of 64 adolescents, 32 intervention and 32 control. Adolescents will be randomly assigned to the intervention and control groups. The pre-test data of the intervention and control groups were collected before the program started; The post-test data will be collected face-to-face by the researcher after the program is completed using the Personal Information Form, Digital Addiction Scale for Children, Revised Cyberbullying Scale (YSZE-II) and Self-Efficacy Scale for Children. It is expected that the digital addiction and cyberbullying levels of adolescents who are applied the art-based nursing intervention program that helps them gain healthy digital habits will be lower than the control group, and their self-efficacy levels will be higher than the control group. It is anticipated that the findings to be obtained as a result of the research will enable the development of creative and holistic intervention approaches that will increase the functionality of school health nurses against the risks posed by the digital age on young people. It is also thought that it can provide an evidence-based basis for the usability of art-based interdisciplinary practices in the field.",[94,95,96,97,27],"Digital Addiction","Art Therapy","Cyberbullying","Self Efficacy",[95,94,96,99,100],"Self-Efficacy","Adolescent","2026-04-21",{"date":103,"type":41},"2026-04-24",{"date":105,"type":41},"2025-10-06",{"date":107,"type":22},"2026-12-31",{"name":109,"class":48},"Selcuk University",{"id":111,"slug":112,"hasResults":11,"nctId":113,"briefTitle":114,"officialTitle":114,"acronym":115,"eligibilityCriteria":116,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":18,"minAge":57,"maxAge":117,"enrollmentInfo":118,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":61,"phases":120,"briefSummary":121,"conditions":122,"keywords":123,"overallStatus":71,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":127,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":128,"startDateStruct":130,"completionDateStruct":132,"leadSponsor":134,"locationsCount":49},"100538933","exercise-facilitation-of-adolescent-fear-extinction-frontolimbic-circuitry-and-endocannabinoids-100538933","NCT06297278","Exercise Facilitation of Adolescent Fear Extinction, Frontolimbic Circuitry, and Endocannabinoids","BRAINS","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Recent research has provided new understanding of how fear is learned and can be regulated in the adolescent brain, and how the endocannabinoid system shapes these processes; however, these advances have not yet translated into improved therapeutic outcomes for adolescents with anxiety. This study will test whether a behavioral intervention, acute exercise, can help to improve fear regulation by enhancing brain activity and endocannabinoid signaling.
