Forty systemically healthy adults requiring bilateral immediate implant placement in the mandibular anterior region will be enrolled. In each participant, one implant site will receive a bone graft (Gen-Os), while the contralateral site will serve as the non-grafted control. Panoramic radiographs obtained during routine postoperative follow-up at 1 and 3 months will be analyzed using ImageJ software to calculate fractal dimension values. The primary outcome is the comparison of fractal dimension values between grafted and non-grafted implant sites. The results are expected to provide evidence regarding the effect of bone grafting on early bone healing and microstructural changes following immediate implant placement.",[27,28,29],"Tooth Extraction","Immediate Dental Implant Placement","Alveolar Bone Healing After Dental Extraction","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-08-07",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-08-12","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":21},"2026-09-01",{"date":38,"type":21},"2027-06-01",{"name":40,"class":41},"sema kaya","OTHER"]
