Their answers and goals will be shown to their clinician on a dashboard to guide the conversation during the visit.",[26,27],"Arthritis, Psoriatic (PsA)","Arthritis, Rheumatoid (RA)",[29,30,31,32,33,34,35],"Patient Reported Outcome Measures","Shared Decision Making","PROMIS","Goal Attainment Scaling","Electronic Health Records","Clinical Dashboard","Rheumatology","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-10-03",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-10-08","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":20},"2026-11-16",{"date":44,"type":20},"2028-02-29",{"name":46,"class":47},"Northwestern University","OTHER",1,{"id":50,"slug":51,"hasResults":11,"nctId":52,"briefTitle":53,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":56,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":57,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":59,"phases":4,"briefSummary":60,"conditions":61,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":36,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":62,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":63,"startDateStruct":65,"completionDateStruct":67,"leadSponsor":69,"locationsCount":48},"100604730","ai-based-medical-data-analysis-for-differentiating-inflammatory-vs-degenerative-joint-diseases-in-elderly-patients-100604730","NCT07153315","AI-Based Medical Data Analysis for Differentiating Inflammatory vs Degenerative Joint Diseases in Elderly Patients","Artificial Intelligence-Enhanced Medical Data Analysis for Differentiating Inflammatory and Degenerative Joint Diseases and Detecting of Disease Severity in Elderly Patient","Inclusion criteria :\n\n1. The performance of AI-based analysis will be compared with radiologists' assessments to determine its reliability in clinical practice. In addition, the study will explore imaging features most predictive of each disease type using advanced machine learning techniques.
