Fatigue affects more than two-thirds of patients with systemic autoimmune diseases, particularly those with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and is one of the major determinants of health-related quality of life. Fatigue has also been associated with suboptimal treatment adherence.\n\nMind-body interventions, including yoga, have demonstrated beneficial effects on fatigue, mood, and quality of life in several systemic autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. In patients with SLE, previous studies suggest that appropriately adapted physical activity is safe and may improve functional outcomes without increasing the risk of disease flares. Improving non-specific symptoms such as fatigue, pain, and mood disorders may also contribute to better treatment adherence, which is essential for long-term disease control.\n\nHowever, real-world data on the overall impact of yoga integrated into routine clinical care on disease activity and treatment adherence remain limited. This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the association between participation in a 12-session weekly yoga program delivered as part of standard care and changes in clinical outcomes among adults with systemic autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, predominantly systemic lupus erythematosus, followed in the Internal Medicine Department of Bichat-Claude Bernard Hospital.\n\nThe study will assess changes in disease activity using disease-specific validated activity indices (including SELENA-SLEDAI for patients with SLE), fatigue, pain intensity, depressive symptoms, and health-related quality of life. Treatment adherence will be evaluated by whole-blood hydroxychloroquine concentrations obtained as part of routine clinical care. The frequency of disease flares and disease-related emergency department visits during follow-up will also be recorded.\n\nParticipants will be enrolled over a 6-month period and followed for 6 months, which corresponds to routine clinical follow-up and allows assessment of clinically meaningful changes during and after the 3-month yoga program.\"",[24,25],"Auto Immune Disease","Auto-inflammatory Disease",[27,28],"YOGA","systemic autoimmune or inflammatory disease (SAID)","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-06",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-07-08","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":20},"2026-07",{"date":37,"type":20},"2027-08",{"name":39,"class":40},"Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris","OTHER",1,{"id":43,"slug":44,"hasResults":11,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":47,"acronym":48,"eligibilityCriteria":49,"healthyVolunteers":50,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":53,"phases":54,"briefSummary":56,"conditions":57,"keywords":59,"overallStatus":64,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":30,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":67,"completionDateStruct":69,"leadSponsor":71,"locationsCount":5},"100628032","autoimmune-neurological-diseases-and-those-secondary-to-immunotherapy-study-of-immunological-mechanisms-and-research-into-targets-of-immune-attack-100628032","NCT07456358","Autoimmune Neurological Diseases and Those Secondary to Immunotherapy: Study of Immunological Mechanisms and Research Into Targets of Immune Attack","Maladies Neurologiques Auto-immunes et Secondaires à l'immunothérapie : étude Des mécanismes Immunologiques et Recherche Des Cibles de l'Attaque Immune","DINAMIC","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Adult patient (aged ≥ 18 years)\n* Affiliated with a social security scheme\n* Express consent to participate in the study\n* Indication for lumbar puncture And\n* Patients with cancer, undergoing treatment with ICIs, presenting neurological symptoms after starting treatment with ICIs.
