Most patients display digestive involvements that may resemble inflammatory bowel disease. Several studies have found dysbiosis in some AID. Gut microbiota can communicate with the host via gut-derived metabolites (Fatty acids, tryptophan, bile acids) that may have either pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory effects. Some metabolites can also activate the Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) pathway, which enhances gut barrier. Gut barrier dysfunction has already been associated with AID. Therfore, dysbiosis could promote digestive and inflammatory involvements in genetically predisposed patients via perturbations of gut-derived metabolites.",[24],"Autoinflammatory Diseases",[26,27,28],"Autoinflammatory diseases","Microbiota","Gut","RECRUITING","2026-07-17",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-07-22","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":33},"2026-03-09",{"date":37,"type":20},"2029-09",{"name":39,"class":40},"Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris","OTHER",1,{"id":43,"slug":44,"hasResults":11,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":47,"acronym":48,"eligibilityCriteria":49,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":50,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":53,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":71,"overallStatus":73,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":74,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":75,"startDateStruct":77,"completionDateStruct":79,"leadSponsor":81,"locationsCount":41},"100513772","clonal-hematopoiesis-of-immunological-significance-100513772","NCT05969821","Clonal Hematopoiesis of Immunological Significance","Immuno-inflammatory Manifestations With or Without Clonal Hematopoiesis: Ambispective Cohort Study","CHIS","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age \\>=18 years old;\n* Confirmed dysimmune manifestations: clinical or biological abnormality or systemic disease;\n* Presence or absence of myeloid or lymphoid blood disease according to World Health Organization (WHO) classification\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Persons benefiting from special protection: adults under guardianship and curatorship;\n* People hospitalized without their consent and not protected by law; persons deprived of liberty;\n* Persons not affiliated to the social security system","18 Years",{"count":52,"type":20},5000,"10 Years","Ambispective, national, multicenter observational cohort study aimed at characterizing the satellite dysimmune manifestations of clonal hematopoiesis, including Vexas (Vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X-linked, Autoinflammatory and Somatic) syndrome.",[56,57,58,24,59,60,61,62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70],"Immune System Diseases","Autoimmune Diseases","Inflammation","Vexas Syndrome","Hematopoiesis Clonal","Clonal Hematopoiesis of Indeterminate Potential","Hematologic Diseases","Myelodysplastic-Myeloproliferative Diseases","Leukemia Myelomonocytic Chronic","Myelodysplastic Syndromes","Myeloproliferative Disorders","Lymphoproliferative Disorders","Lymphoma","Leukemia","Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance",[58,24,72,57,61,63,67,70],"Vexas syndrome","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-19",{"date":76,"type":33},"2026-03-23",{"date":78,"type":20},"2026-04",{"date":80,"type":20},"2045-09",{"name":39,"class":40},{"id":83,"slug":84,"hasResults":11,"nctId":85,"briefTitle":86,"officialTitle":86,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":87,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":4,"maxAge":50,"enrollmentInfo":88,"targetDuration":90,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":91,"conditions":92,"keywords":93,"overallStatus":29,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":102,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":103,"startDateStruct":105,"completionDateStruct":107,"leadSponsor":109,"locationsCount":111},"100548169","observational-study-of-pediatric-rheumatic-and-immunologic-diseases-in-china-the-caprid-registry-100548169","NCT06417502","Observational Study of Pediatric Rheumatic and Immunologic Diseases in China: The CAPRID Registry","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age \\\u003C= 18 years old\n* Diagnosed with rheumatic and immunologic diseases (including diffuse connective tissue diseases, arthritis, vasculitis, inborn errors of immunity)\n* Diagnosed and Treated in China\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Disagreement of involving in this study by the patient or his\u002Fher family.",{"count":89,"type":20},20000,"3 Years","An observational, multi-center, longitudinal registry study for Chinese pediatric patients with rheumatic and immunologic diseases.",[57,24],[94,95,96,97,98,99,100,101],"Systemic Lupus Erythematosus","Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis","Vasculitis","Juvenile Dermatomyositis","Sjogren's disease","Autoimmune","Autoinflammatory Disease","Scleroderma","2024-05-11",{"date":104,"type":33},"2024-05-16",{"date":106,"type":33},"2022-04-29",{"date":108,"type":20},"2031-12-31",{"name":110,"class":40},"Peking Union Medical College Hospital",9]
