Patients who have at least one remaining root or badly decayed tooth in anterior maxilla.\n2. Systemically free patients (American Society of Anesthesiologists I; ASA I)\n3. Patients aged from 21 to 50 years old\n4. Buccal bone partial deficiency (extraction socket type II)\n5. Good oral hygiene\n6. Accepts the follow-up period (cooperative patients)\n7.
