Reserve After Laparoscopic Cystectomy for Endometriotic and Non-Endometriotic Cysts","Ovarian Reserve After Laparoscopic Cystectomy for Endometriotic and Non-Endometriotic Cysts: A Comparative Prospective Cohort Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Female patients aged 18-45 years\n* Ovarian cyst measuring 6-15 cm in diameter, confirmed by transvaginal ultrasound or MRI\n* Cyst is persistent for more than 3 months if asymptomatic, OR any symptomatic cyst regardless of duration of diagnosis\n* Serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level ≥ 2 ng\u002FmL, measured within 1 month preoperatively\n* Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Clinical or ultrasonic suspicion of ovarian malignancy\n* Ovarian cyst associated with pregnancy\n* Previous history of ovarian surgery\n* History of pelvic irradiation or chemotherapy\n* Known endocrine disorders affecting ovarian function (e.g., PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia)\n* Current use of hormonal contraceptives or hormonal therapy within 3 months prior to enrollment\n* Presence of severe systemic disease that contraindicates 19-45 year-old women\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification 1 or 2\n* Plan of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for unilateral or bilateral ovarian endometriosis diagnosed by ultrasonography\n* Regular menstruation every 21-45 days\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* No 'ovarian' endometriosis\n* Suspicious disease of ovarian malignancy\n* Age: 18 and younger, 46 and
