A total of 90 pediatric and adolescent patients with unilateral and bilateral complete and incomplete cleft palates will be assigned across three parallel treatment arms: standard palatoplasty alone (control), palatoplasty augmented with standard PRF, and palatoplasty augmented with gentamicin-loaded PRF.
