malignant obstruction).\n* Native papilla (no prior sphincterotomy).\n* Difficult Biliary Cannulation (DBC) defined by ESGE \"5-5-2\" criteria:\n* \\> 5 minutes of cannulation attempts.\n* \\> 5 contacts with the papilla.\n* \\> 1 inadvertent pancreatic duct cannulation.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Ampullary mass or tumor preventing standard cannulation view.\n\n  * Surgically altered anatomy
