Do serum Substance P levels and these clinical features differ among patients receiving different psoriasis treatments?\n\nResearchers will compare three groups of patients: those receiving IL-17 inhibitor treatment, those receiving conventional systemic treatment with methotrexate or acitretin, and those receiving topical treatment only or no current treatment.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nHave their psoriasis severity assessed and complete questionnaires about pain, itching, central sensitization, and quality of life.\n\nUndergo a neurological examination. Participants who report pain will also be evaluated for neuropathic pain features using the DN4 questionnaire.\n\nProvide a blood sample for measurement of serum Substance P and routine laboratory tests.\n\nUndergo electromyography and nerve conduction studies if peripheral neuropathy is suspected during the neurological evaluation.\n\nNo treatment will be assigned or changed as part of this study.",[24],"Chronic Plaque-type Psoriasis",[26,27,28,29,30,31,32],"Central Sensitization","Interleukin-17 Inhibitors","Substance P","Neuropathic Pain","Pain","Pruritus","Quality of Life","RECRUITING","2026-09-22",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-09-28","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":37},"2026-06-11",{"date":41,"type":20},"2027-01",{"name":43,"class":44},"Istanbul Training and Research Hospital","OTHER_GOV"]
