Procedural characteristics and postoperative outcomes will be compared with those of a historical control cohort of patients who previously underwent the same procedure without hyoscine butylbromide.",[27,28],"Choledocholithiasis","Common Bile Duct Stones",[27,28,30,31,32,33,34],"Hyoscine Butylbromide","Papilla of Vater","Papillary Balloon Dilation","Transcystic Approach","Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy","RECRUITING","2026-09-10",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-09-11","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":39},"2026-01-04",{"date":43,"type":21},"2027-02-01",{"name":45,"class":46},"Riga East Clinical University Hospital","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":49,"slug":50,"hasResults":11,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":54,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":57,"studyType":58,"phases":4,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":61,"overallStatus":64,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":65,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":66,"startDateStruct":68,"completionDateStruct":70,"leadSponsor":72,"locationsCount":4},"100643333","endoscopic-retrograde-cholangiopancreatography-access-and-complication-rates-after-cholecystectomy-with-common-bile-duct-stones-100643333","NCT07640204","Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography Access and Complication Rates After Cholecystectomy With Common Bile Duct Stones","Complication Rates Associated With Access or Not to Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in Units Performing Cholecystectomy, When Common Bile Duct Stones Are Detected on Intraoperative Cholangiography","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* ≥18 years old\n* Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct stones (CBDS) detected on intraoperative cholangiography (IOC)\n* Procedure registered in the Swedish Registry for Gallstone Surgery and ERCP (GallRiks) 2015-2025\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Open surgery\n* Conversion to open surgery\n* Transgastric ERCP",{"count":56,"type":21},10000,"30 Days","OBSERVATIONAL","The aim of this retrospective, register-based study is to investigate whether access, or no access, to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) at a surgical unit is associated with the risk of complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct stones detected on intraoperative cholangiography.",[28],[62,63],"Common bile duct stones","ERCP","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-08",{"date":67,"type":39},"2026-06-10",{"date":69,"type":21},"2026-08-01",{"date":71,"type":21},"2029-04-01",{"name":73,"class":74},"Karolinska Institutet","OTHER"]
