Patient is age ≥ 18 years at time of informed consent signature.\n\n   * The intent to treat a patient with a Gore product must be made prior to soliciting for possible registry participation. Treated for aneurysm or dissection using antegrade deployed Conformable GORE® TAG® Thoracic Endoprosthesis (CTAG) device at least 12 months prior to date of enrollment.\n2. Age ≥ 18 years at the time of the index procedure.\n3. Proximal extent of the Conformable GORE® TAG® Thoracic Endoprosthesis (CTAG) device is sutured to the aorta and\u002For distal aspect of the surgical graft.\n4.
