How does the model's performance compare with other mainstream or non-fine-tuned models across different stages and subtypes of breast cancer? Participants are postoperative breast cancer rehabilitation patients treated at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. They will have demographic, tumor, treatment, and physical fitness data collected; receive personalized exercise prescriptions automatically generated by the LLM-based system; and provide subjective evaluations on the feasibility and executability of the prescriptions.",[25,26],"Breast Cancer","Exercise and Recovery","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-08-11",{"date":30,"type":31},"2026-08-17","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":20},"2026-09-15",{"date":35,"type":20},"2027-12-31",{"name":37,"class":38},"Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University","OTHER",1,{"id":41,"slug":42,"hasResults":11,"nctId":43,"briefTitle":44,"officialTitle":45,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":46,"healthyVolunteers":47,"sex":15,"minAge":48,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":51,"phases":52,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":68,"overallStatus":75,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":76,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":77,"startDateStruct":79,"completionDateStruct":81,"leadSponsor":83,"locationsCount":86},"100644951","the-impact-of-enhanced-music--natural-visuals-on-emotional-health-100644951","NCT07676110","The Impact of Enhanced Music & Natural Visuals on Emotional Health","Impacts of Music, Audio Enhancements, Audio Guidance, and Visuals on Physical and Emotional Well-being. This research will expand on the knowledge base regarding the impact of biophysical stimulation and\u002For frame of mind on an individual's self-directed management of physical and emotional health. Motivation, confidence, and composure are critical aspects of self-efficacy, framing a person's mindset to make healthy choices across daily activities.\n\nThe research in this protocol is carried out across multiple sites and studies by means of digital tools and a consistent participant experience workflow. Together, these resources are intended to support individuals across multiple self-directed experiences utilized in the maintenance of their basic health. Before, during, and after session experiences, the participant provides objective (physiological) responses and\u002For subjective (self-report) responses and reflections; some studies also include interviews or focus groups.
