The trial will also check whether daily use of NBF Gingival Gel causes tooth staining over time. The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Does NBF Gingival Gel reduce dental plaque (a sticky film of bacteria on teeth)?\n* Does NBF Gingival Gel reduce gum inflammation?\n* Does NBF Gingival Gel cause tooth staining?\n* Are participants satisfied with the product's taste, texture, and ease of use?\n\nResearchers will compare NBF gel to a placebo gel (a look-alike gel that contains no active ingredients), and Colgate toothpaste (a standard fluoride toothpaste). This will show if NBF gel is able to reduce plaque and gum inflammation.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Be assigned to one of three groups and use their assigned product twice daily for 3 months.\n* Receive a professional teeth cleaning at the start of the study, before using any product.\n* Visit the clinic at baseline and at 1, 2, and 3 months for plaque, gum health, and staining checks.\n* Receive a complimentary professional cleaning at the final visit to remove any staining.\n* Rate the product's taste, texture, and ease of use.",[27,28,29,30,31],"Dental Plaque","Gingivitis","Gingival Inflammation and Bleeding","Extrinsic Tooth Staining","Patient Reported Outcome Measures",[33,27,28,34,30,35,36,37,38,39,40],"NBF Gel","Tooth Discoloration","Dentifrice","Toothpaste","Propolis","Green Tea Extract","Oral Hygiene","Patient reported outcome measures (PROM)","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-24",{"date":44,"type":45},"2026-09-30","ACTUAL",{"date":47,"type":21},"2026-10",{"date":49,"type":21},"2027-09",{"name":51,"class":52},"King Abdullah University Hospital","OTHER"]
