Six independent raters (three neurosurgeons and three radiology specialists) will evaluate the same CT datasets using a standardized measurement protocol. Each rater will perform two independent assessment rounds separated by a one-month washout period. The results will be used to determine the inter-rater and intra-rater reliability of qualitative and quantitative CT-based facet joint assessment methods.",[25,26,27,28,29],"Facet Joint Arthritis","Facet Joints; Degeneration","Facet Joint Disease","Intervertebral Disk Degeneration","Pathria Classification",[31,32,33,34,35,36],"Thoracolumbar Spine","Facet Joint","Intervertebral Disc","Computed Tomography","interobserver reliability","intraobserver reliability","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-13",{"date":40,"type":41},"2026-07-15","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":21},"2026-08-01",{"date":45,"type":21},"2026-12-01",{"name":47,"class":48},"Sklifosovsky Institute of Emergency Care","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":51,"slug":52,"hasResults":11,"nctId":53,"briefTitle":54,"officialTitle":55,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":56,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":57,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":59,"phases":60,"briefSummary":62,"conditions":63,"keywords":66,"overallStatus":69,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":70,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":71,"startDateStruct":73,"completionDateStruct":75,"leadSponsor":77,"locationsCount":49},"100509152","phase-1-dose-escalation-pilot-study-to-evaluate-the-safety-of-alocyte-for-the-treatment-of-facetogenic-back-pain-100509152","NCT05909709","Dose Escalation Pilot Study to Evaluate the Safety of Alocyte for the Treatment of Facetogenic Back Pain","An Open Label Dose Escalation Pilot Study to Evaluate the Safety of Alocyte Delivered Via Intra-articular Facet Injection for the Treatment of Facetogenic Back Pain","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* In order to be eligible to participate in this study, all individuals must meet all of the following criteria:\n\n 1.
