The study will use a hybrid effectiveness-implementation design, meaning it will evaluate whether the intervention works and how it can best be rolled out in an online food pantry setting. Intervention effectiveness will be evaluated using an interrupted time series analysis to identify changes in how healthy foods ordered by shoppers are (primary outcome) by comparing food ordering data over time before and after HOAP is introduced. The study will also evaluate the possibility of collecting dietary and clinical outcomes in a small subgroup of online pantry shoppers over time comparing both in-person and at-home approaches.",[28,29,30,31,32],"Food Choice","Implementation Science","Food Insecurity","Diet, Healthy","Behavioral Economics",[34,35,36,37,38,39],"Food insecurity","Digital nudges","Diet quality","Blood pressure","Weight","Body composition","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-22",{"date":43,"type":44},"2026-07-27","ACTUAL",{"date":46,"type":22},"2026-08-01",{"date":48,"type":22},"2029-03-31",{"name":50,"class":51},"Northwestern University","OTHER",1,{"id":54,"slug":55,"hasResults":11,"nctId":56,"briefTitle":57,"officialTitle":58,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":59,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":60,"minAge":61,"maxAge":62,"enrollmentInfo":63,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":65,"briefSummary":66,"conditions":67,"keywords":71,"overallStatus":40,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":75,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":76,"startDateStruct":78,"completionDateStruct":80,"leadSponsor":82,"locationsCount":4},"100623205","effects-of-acute-sleep-deprivation-on-human-behaviours-100623205","NCT07393607","Effects of Acute Sleep Deprivation on Human Behaviours","Acute Effects of Partial Sleep Deprivation on Appetite, Energy Intake and Physical Activity","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age between 20 and 45 years.\n* Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 to 27 kg\u002Fm².\n* No sleep-related medical conditions and good sleep quality, defined as a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score ≤ 5.\n* Usual bedtime between 22:00 and 01:00, wake-up time between 06:00 and 09:00, with an average sleep duration of 7 to 9 hours.
