Participants will be randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to undergo either diode laser or conventional scalpel frenectomy. Postoperative pain, wound healing, analgesic requirement, feeding difficulty, and daily comfort will be evaluated during follow-up. Gingival crevicular fluid samples will be collected at baseline and on postoperative Days 3, 7, and 14 to assess local molecular changes associated with inflammation, tissue injury, wound healing, and periodontal-alveolar remodeling using RT-qPCR.",[27,28,29,30],"Frenulum; Hypertrophy","Diode Laser","Frenectomy","RT-PCR",[29,32,33],"Maxillary Labial Frenum","Inflammatory Biomarkers","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-26",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-10-02","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":21},"2026-11-01",{"date":42,"type":21},"2027-11-30",{"name":44,"class":45},"Yuzuncu Yil University","OTHER"]
