Being between 18 and 35 years of age,\n2. Women who underwent cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia,\n3. Having a post-cesarean pain level of 4 or higher,\n4. Being able to understand and write Turkish and communicate effectively with researchers.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Women who underwent emergency cesarean delivery,\n2. Those with pregnancy complications (preeclampsia, placenta previa, etc.),\n3. Those with a history of chronic gastrointestinal disease (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis),\n4. Those with sensitivity or allergy to caffeine,\n5. Those with a history of chronic pain syndrome or dependence on analgesics,\n6. Regular coffee drinkers (≥2 cups per day),\n7. Intraoperative complications such as bowel or bladder injury,\n\ni) Those who cannot comply with the study protocol or complete the follow-up process.\n\nRemoval Criteria:\n\n1.
