GLP-1 receptor agonists such as Semaglutide have emerged as effective weight loss agents that may also reduce chronic pain through weight reduction and other mechanisms. This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial will enroll 250 adults with chronic low back pain and obesity, randomized 1:1 to weekly Semaglutide 2.4 mg or placebo for 52 weeks. Male and female adult, between the ages of 30 and 65\n2. Fitzpatrick Skin Type I-VI\n3. Have moderate to severe wrinkles on the mid and lower face, according to Lemperle Wrinkle Severity Scale (LWSS), i.e. score 3, 4 or 5.\n4. Have moderate to extreme abdominal laxity according to Stokes Scale (i.e., score of 2-4 on a scale of 0-4).\n5. Willingness to sign Informed Consent Form\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Pregnant women or nursing mothers\n2. Patients with dermatosis, open wounds, sores, or irritated skin in the treatment area\n3.
