At Nice University Hospital, we are conducting a retrospective study showing a 22% infection rate associated with EVD. The identified pathogens are mainly transmitted by manual contact. Additionnally, high turnover among paramedical staff and sometimes rapid training may contribute to infection ocurrence. We hypothesize that a significant proportion of patients with EVD develop nosocomial ventriculitis, primarily due to modificable risk factors such as catheter handling and breaches in aseptic technique.",[25],"Health Care Associated Infection","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-26",{"date":29,"type":30},"2026-06-02","ACTUAL",{"date":32,"type":21},"2026-06-01",{"date":34,"type":21},"2028-12-01",{"name":36,"class":37},"Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Nice","OTHER",{"id":39,"slug":40,"hasResults":11,"nctId":41,"briefTitle":42,"officialTitle":43,"acronym":44,"eligibilityCriteria":45,"healthyVolunteers":16,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":46,"enrollmentInfo":47,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":4,"briefSummary":49,"conditions":50,"keywords":55,"overallStatus":60,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":61,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":62,"startDateStruct":64,"completionDateStruct":66,"leadSponsor":68,"locationsCount":70},"100497387","prevalence-of-latent-tuberculosis-infection-in-health-care-workers-and-students-100497387","NCT05756582","Prevalence of Latent Tuberculosis Infection in Health-care Workers and Students","Cross-sectional Study on Prevalence of Latent Tuberculosis Infection in Health-care Workers and Students.
