The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Does hydrogen-rich water improve autonomic recovery after functional overreaching?\n* Does hydrogen-rich water improve recovery in biochemical, performance, and subjective feeling outcomes during tapering?\n\nResearchers will compare hydrogen-rich water to placebo (water containing no molecular hydrogen) to determine whether molecular hydrogen improves recovery after accumulated fatigue has been induced by functional overreaching. Vo2max above 3500 ml or Vo2max\u002Fkg above 50 ml\u002Fkg\n2. Age 18-45\n3. Subjects are active aerobic athletes, training regularly more than 4 exercise sessions per week.\n4.
