This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wucao Anfu Formula as an adjunctive treatment for immune checkpoint inhibitor-related rash. In this randomized controlled clinical study, eligible patients with grade 1-2 immune checkpoint inhibitor-related rash will be randomly assigned to receive standard topical corticosteroid treatment with or without Wucao Anfu Formula. The study will assess improvement of skin rash severity, symptoms, quality of life, and safety outcomes. The results may provide clinical evidence for integrative management of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related skin adverse events.",[26,27],"Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-related Rash","Immune-related Adverse Events",[29,30,31,32,33,34],"Wucao Anfu Formula","Traditional Chinese Medicine","Immune checkpoint inhibitor","Immune-related adverse event","Skin rash","External therapy","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-10",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-09-15","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":20},"2026-09-05",{"date":43,"type":20},"2027-06-30",{"name":45,"class":46},"First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine","OTHER"]
