The study is a prospective, randomized, single-blind, active-controlled, non-inferiority trial enrolling 150 participants, who will receive a single intra-articular injection of either TrHCROSS® or a reference viscosupplement and will be followed for 12 months. The primary effectiveness endpoint is pain reduction at 24 weeks, while safety will be assessed through the incidence of treatment-related serious adverse events.\n\nSecondary and exploratory assessments will evaluate changes in pain, joint function, mobility, quality of life, patient satisfaction, investigator global assessment, rescue medication use, and the occurrence of adverse events over 52 weeks. Outcomes will be measured using validated, joint-specific instruments, including WOMAC and KOOS for knee osteoarthritis, WOMAC and HOOS for hip osteoarthritis, and SPADI and WOSI for shoulder osteoarthritis. The results of this investigation are intended to generate post-market clinical evidence supporting the safety and clinical performance of TrHCROSS® across different joint indications and to further characterize its benefit-risk profile in routine clinical practice.",[26,27,28,29],"Joint Osteoarthritis","Knee Osteoarthristis","Hip Ostearthritis","Shoulder Osteoarthritis",[31,32,33,34,35,36,29,37],"TrHCROSS®","Osteoarthritis","Viscosupplementation","Intra-articular Injection","Knee Osteoarthritis","Hip Osteoarthritis","Hyaluronic Acid","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-10-06",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-10-13","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":20},"2026-12-01",{"date":46,"type":20},"2028-01-30",{"name":48,"class":49},"i+Med S.Coop.","INDUSTRY",{"id":51,"slug":52,"hasResults":11,"nctId":53,"briefTitle":54,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":55,"eligibilityCriteria":56,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":57,"maxAge":58,"enrollmentInfo":59,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":61,"briefSummary":62,"conditions":63,"keywords":68,"overallStatus":78,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":79,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":80,"startDateStruct":82,"completionDateStruct":84,"leadSponsor":86,"locationsCount":89},"100391307","evaluation-of-impaired-mobility-in-chronic-illness-constitution-of-a-cohort-100391307","NCT04375280","Evaluation of Impaired Mobility in Chronic Illness Constitution of a Cohort","EVALMOB","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Man or woman aged 18 to 90.\n* Patients with chronic pathology contributing to impaired mobility.\n* Volunteers who have given their written consent.\n* Affiliated to French health care system (for France)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients suffering from progressive psychiatric pathologies (active psychosis, hallucinations, etc.) or the presence of another serious unstabilized pathology (decompensated heart failure, progressive terminal cancer, etc.).\n* People with poorly controlled or unstable cardiovascular disease.\n* Major osteoarticular or neurological problems completely preventing the proper performance of the various tests.\n* Non-autonomous patient\n* Persons under guardianship, curatorship, deprived of liberty or safeguarding justice.\n* People excluded from another study.\n* Pregnant or lactating women.","18 Years","90 Years",{"count":60,"type":20},5000,[23],"Chronic illness is a public health issue and mobility loss is frequent in this population. Among its' multiple physical and psychological consequences, increased mortality and cardiovascular morbidity seem the main concern. Therefore, the exploration of locomotor deficiencies, physical capacities and metabolism of patients with chronic illnesses constitutes a major challenge both for the treatment of causal pathologies, as well as for evaluating the impact of therapeutic interventions, the benefit of which will be an improvement in physical capacities and ultimately mobility. In view of the hypothesis of an increase in the prevalence of mobility disorders in this population, this approach is part of a logic of screening and improving the effectiveness of the care of these patients with a multidisciplinary evaluation of individual risks. The EVALMOB protocol was designed in order to try to determine a standard profile of \"dysmobility\" in patients with chronic illness",[26,64,65,66,67],"Atherosclerosis of the Distal Arteries, Without Gangrene","Parkinson Disease","Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Unspecified","Obesity, Unspecified",[69,70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77],"Prevention","Mobility","Altered mobility","Risk factors","Chronic illness","Chronic pathologies","Physical capacities","Physical test","Activity limitations","RECRUITING","2025-05-27",{"date":81,"type":42},"2025-05-28",{"date":83,"type":42},"2020-08-27",{"date":85,"type":20},"2035-08-26",{"name":87,"class":88},"University Hospital, Clermont-Ferrand","OTHER",1]
