GM influences hematopoiesis and immune cells types differentiation. Patients with cancer are characterized by dysbiosis and compromised immunity. In the case of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), treatment with Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs) restores immunosurveillance; in particular deep molecular response (DMR) is associated with increased levels of NK and CD8+ Tcells. There is no literature on the effects of GM on CML outcomes. Diagnosis must be made no more than 3 months (90 days) prior to inclusion. Diagnosis of chronic-phase CML (European Leukemia Network \\[ELN\\] 2020 criteria; Baccarani et al 2013) with confirmation of a Philadelphia chromosome (Ph1). A cryptic Ph1 chromosome must be confirmed by FISH.Criteria must meet the definition of chronic phase CML\n* BCR ::ABL1 transcript quantifiable by quantitative PCR\n* 1st-line treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitor\n* No tyrosine kinase inhibitor or hydroxyurea treatment received prior to first blood sampling (at diagnosis)\n* Signature of informed consent for CML Observatory and signature of informed consent for BIO-TIMER protocol\n* Read and understand French\n* Enrolled in a social security plan or beneficiary of such a plan\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* CML in accelerated or blast phase\n* Refusal to participate in the study\n* Treatment started prior to inclusion\n* Patients under guardianship, curatorship, deprivation of liberty or safeguard of justice\n* Pregnant or breast-feeding women",{"count":53,"type":21},321,"INTERVENTIONAL",[56],"NA","French prospective multicenter, open-label study involving newly diagnosed CML patients.
