Participants will be randomly assigned to either a Mediterranean diet intervention or a healthy diet based on general dietary recommendations.\n\nLiver health will be assessed using the Ultrasound-Guided Attenuation Parameter (UGAP), together with laboratory parameters, body composition measurements, and anthropometric assessments. Measurements will be performed at baseline, after 6 weeks, and after 12 weeks.\n\nThe study aims to evaluate changes in liver fat and related metabolic parameters over time and to investigate associations between UGAP measurements, laboratory parameters, and body composition.",[28],"Liver Health",[30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38],"Liver health","Hepatic steatosis","Ultrasound-Guided Attenuation Parameter (UGAP)","Mediterranean diet","Dietary intervention","Body composition","Oxidative stress","DNA damage","Liver function tests","RECRUITING","2026-09-14",{"date":42,"type":43},"2026-09-15","ACTUAL",{"date":45,"type":43},"2026-08-31",{"date":47,"type":22},"2026-11",{"name":49,"class":50},"Hochschule Campus Wien (University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna)","OTHER"]
