Participants will be randomly assigned to either an ankle joint mobilization group or a sham mobilization group. Countermovement jump performance will be assessed using the My Jump Lab mobile application, and ankle dorsiflexion range of motion will be measured using the weight-bearing lunge test with a digital inclinometer before and immediately after the intervention. The findings of this study are expected to improve the understanding of the acute effects of ankle joint mobilization on functional performance and ankle mobility.",[28,29,30],"Lower Extremity Performance","Ankle Dorsiflexion","Healthy Volunteers",[32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39],"Ankle Joint Mobilization","Mobilization With Movement","Countermovement Jump","Vertical Jump","Dorsiflexion Range of Motion","Manual Therapy","Healthy University Students","Explosive Performance","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-14",{"date":43,"type":44},"2026-07-17","ACTUAL",{"date":46,"type":22},"2026-07-25",{"date":48,"type":22},"2026-08-15",{"name":50,"class":51},"Muş Alparslan University","OTHER"]
