The study will use lumbar magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) obtained as part of routine clinical care. The study will evaluate whether subcutaneous fat index is associated with moderate-to-severe lumbar facet joint degeneration and will also examine the relationships of disc degeneration, facet morphology, paraspinal muscle characteristics, and pain severity with facet joint degeneration.",[25,26],"Chronic Low Back Pain","Lumbar Facet Joint Degeneration",[28,29,30,31,32,33],"Subcutaneous Fat Index","Paraspinal Muscle","Facet Morphology","Facet Tropism","Intervertebral Disc Degeneration","Lumbar Spine MRI","RECRUITING","2026-09-30",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-10-06","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":38},"2026-09-01",{"date":42,"type":21},"2027-06-01",{"name":44,"class":45},"Marmara University","OTHER"]
