However, its accuracy may be affected by changes in peripheral perfusion, hemodynamic status, and patient position. The prone position used during spine surgery may alter cardiovascular function and peripheral perfusion and may therefore influence SpHb measurements.\n\nIn this study, SpHb values obtained in the supine and prone positions will be compared with simultaneously obtained laboratory hemoglobin values. The study will also evaluate the ability of SpHb to follow changes in hemoglobin during surgery. The results may help clarify the clinical usefulness of continuous noninvasive hemoglobin monitoring during surgery performed in the prone position.",[24,25],"Lumbar Stabilization Surgery","Noninvasive Hemoglobin Monitoring",[27,25,28,29,30,31],"Prone Position","SpHb","Laboratory Hemoglobin","Pulse CO-Oximetry","Perioperative Monitoring","RECRUITING","2026-09-11",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-09-16","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":36},{"date":39,"type":20},"2026-12-31",{"name":41,"class":42},"Sehit Prof. Dr. Ilhan Varank Sancaktepe Training and Research Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":51,"enrollmentInfo":52,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":54,"phases":55,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":62,"overallStatus":67,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":68,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":69,"startDateStruct":71,"completionDateStruct":73,"leadSponsor":75,"locationsCount":4},"100653625","esp-block-vs-qipb-for-lumbar-stabilization-surgery-100653625","NCT07789509","ESP Block Vs. Secondary outcomes include postoperative total opioid consumption, incidence of quadriceps motor block, time to first ambulation, block performance time, falls, length of hospital stay, block-related complications (hematoma, local anesthetic systemic complications, vascular puncture, and infection), patient satisfaction assessed using a Likert scale, and incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.",[59,60,24,61],"Quadro-Iliac Plane Block","Erector Spina Plan Block","Pain Management",[63,64,65,66],"QIPB","ESP","Lumbar","Analgesia","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-08-24",{"date":70,"type":36},"2026-08-27",{"date":72,"type":20},"2026-11-15",{"date":74,"type":20},"2027-09-15",{"name":76,"class":42},"Antalya City Hospital"]
