Adults ≥18 years of age\n2. Histologically confirmed relapsed\u002Frefractory SCLC, neuroendocrine cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, or synovial sarcoma\n3. Measurable disease per RECIST v1.1 or mRECIST\n4. ECOG performance status 0-1\n5. Adequate hematologic, hepatic, renal, and coagulation function.\n6. Life expectancy ≥12 weeks\n7. Signed informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Active brain metastases\n2. Major surgery or severe trauma within 4 weeks before first dose\n3. Significant uncontrolled medical conditions preventing study participation\n4. Use of prohibited concomitant medications\n5.
