A Single-center, Randomized, Controlled, Parallel-group, Open-label Study.","PHYPSYSCOL","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient with severe idiopathic scoliosis requiring surgery\n* No known associated pathology\n* No previous surgical treatment on the spine\n* Able to understand recommendations and express oneself in French\n* Child whose parents speak French fluently and are able to understand instructions\n* Parent with a myCHUGA account\n* Having a cellphone and an internet connection\n* Child whose parents are affiliated with social security or beneficiaries of such a scheme\n* Children who gave their consent to participate in the study\n* Child whose parents have signed the study consent form\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Refusal of consent by a child of an age to give consent or by parents\n* Subject excluded from another study\n* Subject who cannot be contacted in case of an emergency\n* Protected persons covered by articles L1121-5, L1121-6 and L1121-8 of the French Public Health Code.\n* Patients whose parents are covered by Article L1121-8 of the French Public Health Code (persons subject to legal protection measures or unable to express their consent)\n* Personnel with a hierarchical relationship with the principal investigator","ALL","10 Years","17 Years",{"count":21,"type":22},60,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[25],"NA","Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine that, in the most severe cases, may require surgical treatment. This surgery is invasive and complex, causing anxiety for children, adolescents, and their parents.
