One group receives brief active warming before anesthesia (the \"prewarming\" group). The other group does not receive this warming (the \"control\" group). The anesthesia team decides whether to use prewarming and for how long, as part of routine care; the study does not change this decision. The imaging diagnosis is single renal cell carcinoma, clinical stage is T1N0M0-T2N0M0, and the contralateral kidney function is good.\n2. Physical status and organ function allow robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy.\n3. Be able to adhere to the protocol during the study.\n4. The age ranges from 18 to 75 years, and there is no chronic kidney disease.\n5. KPS \\> 80; ECOG score: 0-1; There are no other serious concomitant diseases and the organ function is good.\n6.
