Participants will undergo standardized ophthalmic and functional assessments, including visual acuity testing, visual field testing, color vision and contrast sensitivity testing, optical coherence tomography, retinal flavoprotein fluorescence imaging, and video-oculography-based ocular motor and pupillary measurements.
