Preterm infants who meet the eligibility criteria will be included in the study. Each infant will receive orogastric feeding while being held in different positions during skin-to-skin contact, according to the assigned sequence. Physiological parameters, including heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and body temperature, will be assessed during the feeding sessions. Infants' comfort levels will be evaluated using the Neonatal Comfort Behavior Scale, and feeding tolerance will be assessed based on clinical signs and abdominal measurements. The findings will be compared across the different positioning conditions to determine their effects on physiological stability, comfort, and feeding tolerance in preterm infants.",[28,29,30,31],"Preterm Infants","Orogastric Feeding","Feeding Tolerance","Skin to Skin Contact",[28,33,29,30,34],"Skin-to-Skin Contact","Physiological Parameters","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-30",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-10-05","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":22},"2026-10-23",{"date":43,"type":22},"2027-06-23",{"name":45,"class":46},"Istanbul University - Cerrahpasa","OTHER"]
