It is based on AI algorithms trained to predict height from abdominal CT scan volumes.\n\nThe TAILLE study therefore aims to prospectively evaluate the performance of this algorithm in a new cohort of adult patients scheduled for an abdominal CT scan. We hypothesize that height can be reliably estimated using this algorithm, potentially with greater accuracy at the individual level than self-reported height, the limitations of which have been documented in the literature.\n\nAs part of the TAILLE study, we will compare three methods of height estimation or measurement :\n\n* CRA-measured height: height measured by a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), serving as the reference method;\n* AI-estimated height: height estimated by the AI algorithm developed as part of the TAILLE-pilot study;\n* Self-reported height: height reported by the patient.",[26],"Patient With an Appointment for an Abdominal CT Scan and Able to Stand up for Height Measurement",[28,29,30,31],"AI algorithm","Height estimation","sarcopenia","malnutrition","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-10-02",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-10-08","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":21},"2026-11-01",{"date":40,"type":21},"2027-12-31",{"name":42,"class":43},"University Hospital, Grenoble","OTHER"]
