A total of 100 participants undergoing bronchoscopic evaluation of PPLs will be enrolled at three hospitals in China.\n\nFollowing successful lesion localization using radial endobronchial ultrasound, nCLE imaging will be performed after intravenous administration of fluorescein, followed by standard bronchoscopic tissue sampling. nCLE findings will be compared with the final diagnosis established by histopathology, surgical pathology, or six-month clinical and imaging follow-up when necessary.\n\nThe primary outcomes are the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and overall diagnostic accuracy of nCLE. Procedure duration and procedure-related adverse events will also be recorded. The investigators hypothesize that nCLE can accurately distinguish malignant from benign PPLs in real time.",[24],"Peripheral Pulmonary Lesions",[24,26,27],"Bronchoscopy","Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-17",{"date":31,"type":32},"2026-09-21","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":19},"2026-10-01",{"date":36,"type":19},"2027-10-31",{"name":38,"class":39},"First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University","NETWORK",3,{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":16,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":48,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":50,"conditions":51,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":28,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":52,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":53,"startDateStruct":55,"completionDateStruct":57,"leadSponsor":59,"locationsCount":62},"100551207","optical-biopsy-for-peripheral-pulmonary-lesions-100551207","NCT06457087","Optical Biopsy for Peripheral Pulmonary Lesions","Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy in the Diagnosis of Peripheral Pulmonary Lesions","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
