information note of the EVAL-PLH cohort and has not expressed opposition to the collection of patient data;\n* Patient aged at least 3 years;\n* Patient affiliated to a health insurance scheme;\n* Patient treated within the department of the participating center;\n* Patient for whom the legal representative understands the French language;\n* Patient with a PIMD\u002FPolyhandicap\n\nFamily caregivers of patient\n\n* Subject identified by the care structure as the reference family caregiver;\n* Subject aged at least 18 years;\n* Subject who understands the French language and is able to complete self-questionnaires;\n* Subject who has received the information notice and has not expressed opposition to participating in this project\n\nInstitutinal caregivers of patient\n\n* Subject identified by the care structure as the reference institutional caregiver of at least one patient included in this project;\n* Subject aged at least 18 years;\n* Subject who understands the French language and is able to complete self-questionnaires;\n* Subject who has received the information notice and has not expressed opposition to participating in this project.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Capacity of Children With Polyhandicap","REEDUC-PLH","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Children between 4 and 13 years;\n* With polyhandicap defined by association of the 5 following criteria:\n\n  * Causal brain injury occurred before the age of 3 years\n  * Severe or deep mental deficiency as defined by IQ \\\u003C 40, or no evaluable by the psychometric tests\n  * Motor impairment: para \u002F tetraparesis, hemiparesis, ataxia, or extrapyramidal motor disorders\n  * Score of Gross Motor Function Classification System \\[Palisano 1997\\] is III, IV or V\n  * Score of Functional Independence Measure \\\u003C 50;\n* Hospitalization in a clinical setting participating to the study;\n* Beneficiary of a social protection;\n* Written consent signed by personnel holding parental authority or legal representative.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient with progressive encephalopathies including metabolic origin, epileptic, or neurodegenerative diseases;\n* Planned to move in another clinical
