Addressing PSVD's poorly defined natural history, unclear prognostic determinants and the scarcity of large-scale systematic research in China, the study enrolls histopathologically confirmed patients, collects baseline clinicopathological, laboratory and imaging data, tracks endpoints including transplant-free survival, liver-related events and portal vein thrombosis changes, and conducts prognostic analyses using Cox regression, Kaplan-Meier method and Fine-Gray model, aiming to characterize disease features, identify key prognostic factors, verify high-risk subgroups with inferior outcomes, and support precise clinical management while filling relevant domestic research gaps.",[24],"Porto-Sinusoidal Vascular Diseases",[26,27,28],"Porto-sinusoidal vascular disorder","PSVD","INCPH","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-08-01",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-08-04","ACTUAL",{"date":30,"type":20},{"date":36,"type":20},"2028-07-30",{"name":38,"class":39},"Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":48,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":4,"briefSummary":51,"conditions":52,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":54,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":55,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":56,"startDateStruct":58,"completionDateStruct":60,"leadSponsor":62,"locationsCount":40},"100554539","non-invasive-tools-for-psvd-diagnosis-100554539","NCT06500403","Non-invasive Tools for PSVD Diagnosis","Noninvasive Tools for the Diagnosis of Porto-sinusoidal Vascular Disease: a Single-center, Prospective, Cohort Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. The diagnosis of PSVD depends on liver biopsy. In addition, the level of portal vein pressure has guiding value in the diagnosis and prognosis of PSVD. Many studies have shown that liver and spleen stiffness have high accuracy in diagnosis and prognosis.
