Surface electromyography (EMG) will be used to assess upper, middle, and lower trapezius muscle activity during relaxed and corrected postures and during VR and traditional exercise. Demographic data will be collected. The study will also assess posture, trapezius muscle strength, cervical range of motion, Activity level, craniovertebral angle, and neck proprioception. Approximately 40 adults aged 18-35 years will participate in a single study session. The findings may help determine whether VR-based rehabilitation provides an effective and engaging approach for assessing and training postural control and trapezius muscle activation.",[29,30,31],"Postural Malalignment","Forward Head Posture","Rounded Shoulder Posture",[33,34,35,36,37,38],"Trapezius Muscle","Cervical Proprioception","Craniovertebral Angle","Traditional Exercise","Surface electromyography","Muscle Activation","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-27",{"date":42,"type":43},"2026-10-02","ACTUAL",{"date":45,"type":23},"2026-10-25",{"date":47,"type":23},"2027-10-25",{"name":49,"class":50},"Hofstra University","OTHER"]
