It will also learn about the safety of these supplements.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1. Do Quercefit® or Ubiqsome™ improve blood sugar, cholesterol, and markers of aging compared to a placebo?\n2. What side effects, if any, do participants have while taking these supplements?\n\nResearchers will compare Quercefit® (500 mg\u002Fday), Ubiqsome™ (300 mg\u002Fday), and a placebo (a look-alike capsule with no active ingredient).\n\nParticipants will:\n\n1. Take their assigned capsules (Quercefit®, Ubiqsome™, or placebo) twice daily for 12 weeks\n2. Go to a preferred clinic at the start and end of the study for a fasting blood draw\n\n Complete at-home tests:\n3. Grip strength testing (using a device mailed to them)\n4. Online surveys about fatigue and quality of life\n5. Report any side effects and keep track of supplement use",[28,29,30,31,32],"Healthy Aging","Inflammaging","Metabolic Health","Quercetin","Coenzyme Q10",[28,29,30,34,35,36,37,38,39,40],"Blood testing","Pre-Diabetic","Composite Inflammaging Metric","Blood Glucose Regulation","Neuromuscular Function","Fatigue Impact Scale","Quality of life","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-08-10",{"date":44,"type":45},"2026-08-12","ACTUAL",{"date":47,"type":22},"2026-08",{"date":49,"type":22},"2028-08",{"name":51,"class":52},"Applied Science & Performance Institute","INDUSTRY"]
