Individuals with type 1 diabetes (no age restriction):\n\n   * Clinically diagnosed with T1D by a specialist.\n   * Meeting any one of the following conditions:(1) Age of onset \\\u003C 15 years;(2) No overweight or obesity at onset;(3) History of ketoacidosis.\n   * Insulin-dependent since disease onset;\n   * Positive for at least one islet autoantibody (GADA, IA-2A, ZnT8A, IAA, ICA);\n   * Disease duration ≤ 3 years.\n2. First-degree relatives:\n\n   * Parents, siblings, or children of an individual with T1D.\n   * Age ≤ 45 years.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Individuals with type 1 diabetes\n\n   * Gestational diabetes.\n   * Confirmed monogenic diabetes.\n   * Secondary diabetes.\n   * Type 2 diabetes.\n   * Other specific types of diabetes.\n2.
