This technique aims to induce hyperthermia in deep tissues by transferring high-frequency electromagnetic energy via capacitive-resistive electric transfer (CRET). This study aims to directly compare TECAR-a relatively new treatment modality-with exercise, which is crucial in shoulder rehabilitation, by evaluating the effects of both treatments on pain reduction, shoulder function, and quality of life in patients with rotator cuff tendinopathy.",[26,27,28],"Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy","TECAR Therapy","Physical Therapy",[30,31,28,32],"Rotator cuff tendinopathy","TECAR therapy","TR-terapi- targeted Radiofrequency Therapy","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-17",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-09-22","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":20},"2026-09-18",{"date":41,"type":20},"2026-11-01",{"name":43,"class":44},"Ayşe Ukbe Baykut","OTHER",1,{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":16,"maxAge":53,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":56,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":60,"overallStatus":33,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":64,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":45},"100656501","tecar-therapy-and-chronic-low-back-pain-100656501","NCT07825298","TECAR Therapy and Chronic Low Back Pain","Effect of TECAR Therapy on Patients With Chronic Low Back Pain: A Randomised Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* localised pain between the 12th rib and the gluteal fold\n* low back pain for more than three months\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* neuropathic pain extending along the lower limb\n* previous spine surgery\n* history of spine trauma or fracture,\n* implanted pacemakers.\n* pregnancy\n* cancer\n* systemic musculoskeletal diseases,\n* neurodegenerative diseases.\n* epilepsy","45 Years",{"count":55,"type":20},80,[23],"The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether adding TECAR therapy to traditional physiotherapy is more effective than traditional physiotherapy alone for reducing pain and functional disability and improving physical performance in adults with chronic low back pain.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes adding TECAR therapy to traditional physiotherapy reduce pain intensity compared with traditional physiotherapy alone?
