Exclusion Criteria\n* Current acute respiratory infection or other acute illness.\n* History of thoracic, abdominal, or spinal surgery that may affect thoracoabdominal mobility.\n* Current musculoskeletal pain or injury involving the thorax, spine, shoulder girdle, or abdominal region.\n* Known neurological or systemic disease affecting mobility or soft tissue function.\n* Pregnancy.\n* Receipt of manual therapy, myofascial release, or similar treatment targeting the thoracoabdominal region within the recent period defined in the study protocol.\n* Any contraindication to manual myofascial release or inability to tolerate the intervention.",true,"ALL","18 Years","40 Years",{"count":21,"type":22},40,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[25],"NA","his study will investigate the immediate effects of an integrated myofascial release intervention on regional thoracoabdominal mobility in healthy adults. Participants will undergo baseline assessments followed by a single standardized session of integrated myofascial release therapy targeting selected thoracic and abdominal myofascial regions. Thoracoabdominal mobility and thoracic excursion will be reassessed immediately after the intervention. The primary aim is to determine whether integrated myofascial release produces acute changes in regional thoracoabdominal mobility.
