This multicenter randomized controlled trial will compare a continuous video-guided right-sided double-lumen tube with a conventional right-sided double-lumen tube in adult patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery requiring right-sided lung isolation. The primary objective is to determine whether continuous video guidance increases the rate of successful initial right-sided double-lumen tube positioning. Secondary outcomes include positioning time, clinically relevant intraoperative tube displacement, rescue fiberoptic bronchoscopy, lung collapse quality, hypoxemia during one-lung ventilation, and airway-related complications.",[26,27,28,29,30,31,32],"Right-sided Double-lumen Tube Positioning","Lung Isolation During Thoracoscopic Surgery","One-lung Ventilation","Lung Cancer","Pulmonary Nodules","Mediastinal Tumors","Thoracoscopic Surgery Requiring One-lung Ventilation","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-23",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-09-30","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":20},"2026-10-01",{"date":41,"type":20},"2027-05-30",{"name":43,"class":44},"Diansan Su","OTHER",3]
