Aberrant IFN-I production can be triggered through the activation of multiple signaling pathways, particularly those involving intracellular and extracellular RNA and DNA sensing receptors.\n\nWe hypothesize that excessive IFN-I production results from an increased tonic activation state of nucleic acid sensors and\u002For an enhanced responsiveness of these sensors to endogenous nucleic acids, thereby sustaining pathological IFN-I signaling and chronic inflammation.\n\nThe aim of this study is to characterize the type I interferon (IFN-I) response, defined by both the IFN-I gene signature and plasma IFN-α levels, following stimulation with a panel of ligands specific for DNA- and RNA-sensing pathways.",[29,30,31,32,33],"Systememic Lupus Erythematosus","Systemic Sclerosis (SSc)","Inflammatory Myopathies","Connective Tissue Diseases","Type 1 Interferonopathies",[35,36,37],"Interferon","IFN signature","interferon-alpha","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-18",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-09-24","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":23},"2026-12-01",{"date":46,"type":23},"2033-01-01",{"name":48,"class":49},"Hospices Civils de Lyon","OTHER",3,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":56,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":57,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":18,"minAge":58,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":59,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":24,"phases":61,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":65,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":66,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":67,"startDateStruct":69,"completionDateStruct":71,"leadSponsor":73,"locationsCount":76},"100620968","phase-1-phase-1b-safety-study-of-imsb301-in-type-1-interferonopathies-100620968","NCT07364513","Phase 1b Safety Study of IMSB301 in Type 1 Interferonopathies","A Phase 1b Open-Label Study of IMSB301 in Subjects With a Type 1 Interferonopathy","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
