Age between 18 and 45 years.\n2. Requirement for extraction of one or more teeth in the maxillary esthetic zone with Type II extraction sockets.\n3. Presence of adequate palatal and apical bone to achieve primary implant stability.\n4. Adequate interocclusal restorative space for implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation.\n5. Good oral hygiene and satisfactory plaque control\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Acute infection at the intended implant site (e.g., acute abscess or cellulitis).\n2. Uncontrolled systemic diseases or medical conditions that may compromise bone healing or osseointegration.\n3. History of irradiation to the head and neck region within one year before implant placement.\n4. Alcohol or drug abuse.\n5. Pregnancy or lactation.\n6. Both groups will receive immediate implant placement and xenogeneic bone graft.\n\nThe study will compare changes in facial bone dimensions, soft tissue volume, implant stability, pink esthetic score, patient satisfaction, surgical time, and postoperative complications over a 6-month follow-up period.",[27],"Type II Extraction Sockets in the Esthetic Zone",[29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36],"Vestibular Socket Therapy","VST","Type II Extraction Sockets","Immediate Implant Placement","Magnesium Membrane","Cortical Lamina","Esthetic Zone","Facial Bone","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-09-03",{"date":40,"type":41},"2026-09-08","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":21},"2026-09",{"date":45,"type":21},"2027-06",{"name":47,"class":48},"Mansoura University","OTHER"]
