Second- and third-grade students identified as being at risk for handwriting and manual dexterity difficulties will be randomly assigned to an intervention group or a control group. The intervention group will receive a 10-week school-based occupational therapy program consisting of two 30-minute sessions per week, for a total of 20 sessions. The control group will continue routine classroom activities without therapist-led occupational therapy. Handwriting, manual dexterity, visual-motor integration, visual perception, and motor coordination will be assessed at baseline and after the intervention. Academic grades will also be recorded, and individualized goal attainment will be evaluated in the intervention group.",[26,27,28],"Visual Perception","Visual-Motor Integration","Handwriting",[30,31,28,32,27,33,34],"School-Based Occupational Therapy","Task-Focused Occupational Therapy","Fine Motor Skills","Academic Performance","Primary School Children","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-07-23",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-07-24","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":20},"2026-07-27",{"date":43,"type":20},"2026-10-12",{"name":45,"class":46},"Medipol University","OTHER",1,{"id":49,"slug":50,"hasResults":11,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":54,"healthyVolunteers":55,"sex":56,"minAge":57,"maxAge":58,"enrollmentInfo":59,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":61,"briefSummary":62,"conditions":63,"keywords":69,"overallStatus":73,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":74,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":75,"startDateStruct":77,"completionDateStruct":79,"leadSponsor":81,"locationsCount":47},"100626282","video-game-intervention-in-older-adults-100626282","NCT07433608","Video Game Intervention In Older Adults","The Effects Of A Video-Based Game Intervention On Cognitive, Physical And Psychosocial Outcomes In Older Adults","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nAge 60 years or older A score of 24 or higher on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions Willingness to participate voluntarily\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPresence of a neurological, orthopedic, or psychiatric diagnosis Medical contraindications to exercise Diagnosis of dementia Acute orthopedic injury Visual or hearing impairment that would interfere with participation Inability to attend sessions regularly",true,"FEMALE","60 Years","69 Years",{"count":60,"type":20},32,[23],"The purpose of this clinical trial is to investigate the effects of a rehabilitative game-based intervention on self-efficacy, balance, and visual-motor integration in individuals aged 60 years and older.\n\nThe primary research questions are:\n\nDoes the rehabilitative game-based intervention improve balance and visual-motor integration?
