M-DMT combines mindful movement, creative expression, and interpersonal connection to support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. Participants will be randomly assigned to either M-DMT or the Stony Brook Health Education Program (HEP). The study will evaluate changes in physical activity, measured through self-report and accelerometry, as well as multiple dimensions of whole-person health. Assessments will be conducted at baseline, immediately following the 12-week intervention, and at a 3-month follow-up. Qualitative interviews will further explore participants' experiences with the interventions and their perceived effects on health and daily life.",[29,30],"Physical Activity and Wellbeing","Whole Health",[32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39],"Mindfulness-based Dance\u002FMovement Therapy","Dance\u002FMovement Therapy","Older adults","online intervention","Whole-person health","physical activity","healthy aging","creative arts therapies","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-10-05",{"date":43,"type":44},"2026-10-08","ACTUAL",{"date":46,"type":23},"2027-03-01",{"date":48,"type":23},"2031-07-30",{"name":50,"class":51},"Drexel University","OTHER"]
