About this trial

This retrospective monocentric study aims to assess the feasibility and clinical relevance of three-dimensional (3D) modeling of deep endometriosis lesions derived from pelvic MRI. The study evaluates whether 3D reconstruction improves surgical planning and multidisciplinary management.

Eligibility criteria

This trial does not accept healthy volunteers

Qualifiers

Patient aged 18 years or older

Confirmed diagnosis of deep endometriosis

Available and interpretable preoperative pelvic MRI

Surgical management performed at Strasbourg University Hospital between 01/01/2020 and 12/31/2022

Disqualifiers

Patient opposition to data reuse

Patient younger than 18 years

Incomplete medical records preventing MRI-3D-surgery comparison

Poor quality or non-interpretable MRI
