About this trial
The purpose of this research is test if combination of physical tests and blood tests drawn before SCTCT can predict NRM.
Eligibility criteria
This trial does not accept healthy volunteersQualifiers
patients >18 year old planned for SCTCT
Disqualifiers
Pregnancy, prisoners , Patients with a serious medical or psychiatric illness likely to interfere with participation in this clinical study

blood sample to check CXCL9 pre stem cell transplant and cell therapy
Diagnostic testPre SCTCT as per SOC physical function assessment will be performed in a form of IADl, hand grip, and or walk test like TUG. Specimen Collection Studies: LDH , albumin, ferritin, CRP, platelet and creatinine will be collected as per standard of care pre SCTCT. The non-SOC procedure will be drawing CXL9
